Save the Ta-Tas!

October is National Breast Cancer Month.  Although I have been lucky enough to have never had anyone in my family directly effected by breast cancer, I hold it very close to my heart.  I know people who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and people who have overcome breast cancer and there is nothing more empowering than hearing their stories.  I feel as a woman it is so important to be aware of your body and to be there to support all the fellow ladies of the world.  I enjoy being a big supporter, mainly of the Susan G. Komen Foundation & the American Cancer Society "Making Strides".  I try to participate in the Jones Beach walk on Long Island every year and have for many years now.  I always leave feeling empowered.  I'm sure it is all from the great energy of being surrounded by strong survivors and strong women.  I love being a woman & I know that one day no woman will have to worry about struggling with breast cancer.

In honor of all the fabulous women in our world & Breast Cancer Awareness Month, here are some fabulous pink fashion finds...

David Yurman is one of my favorite jewelry designers & I will definitely be adding this limited edition Breast Cancer bracelet to my collection.  The sterling silver clasp against the pink rubber braiding is so feminine and strong...two things every woman should be!  I absolutely love this!

Limited Edition Breast Cancer Awareness Murfee Scarf

Scarves are hands down one of my favorite accessories for the fall and winter.  I am usually rarely seen without one.  This scarf is so stunning.  I love the contrasting colors and the hidden breast cancer ribbons throughout the pattern.  This cashmere/silk scarf is easy to incorporate into so many different looks, whether it is casual or dressy wear.  It is also comforting to know that a portion of each sale of this scarf goes to benefit the American Cancer Society.

One thing about me is that I definitely love my makeup and beauty products.  They are just so much fun and there is nothing better than experimenting with new makeup looks.  The secret behind a great face of makeup is using a great brush set.  This Pink brush set by Sonia Kashuk for Target is perfect for every Woman.  Pick this brush set up and help fight breast cancer while looking beautiful!

I love these White + Warren Pink Leopard slippers.  Half of the proceeds are donated to "Women at Risk".  These are perfect for travel and for those cold winter nights to come.  Why not stay warm, comfortable & super stylish all for a fabulous cause.  Totally a necessity for this cold winter!

I love each of these products especially because they are all for such a great cause!
